Last week at designist
Another week full of great new products to discover! Here's what's been going on at designist last week...
We got these beautifully designed Coffee Tea Towels, filled with interesting facts about coffee growing and making. Pair with a Plant Cup to make a fantastic gift for those who are always on the hunt for the perfect cuppa Joe.
Some brilliant new baby gifts from The Stork Box arrived in store! The burp cloth and bib set would make a lovely and useful gift for new parents, and we're wishing they made those snuggly onesies in adult sizes... Designed and screenprinted in Ireland.
We're not forgetting the toddlers with our range of sustainably produced Plan Toys. The chicken and duck racers are super cute (and also super strong), and our sailing boat penguin will be a favourite at bath time.
We found some great squeezy, scrapey gift ideas for people who like to get every last drop out of a thing! We love using Supoon and Mini Supoon in the kitchen, and the Tube Squeezers are a genius way to get that last bit out of your hand cream, paint or toothpaste tube!
Saturday's rain was biblical and we were very glad to have these new waterproof Hajo backpacks in store to keep our laptops dry on the way home. They're beautiful, robust, everyday backpacks that have everything you could possibly hope for in a bag.
We kept an eye on the weather on Sunday with our Storm Glass (also known as a Prognosticator). Did you know it was the original weather forecasting device used by Admiral Robert FitzRoy back in the day?
