Shamrock Shaped Chocolate Chip Shortbread

Shamrocks are one of the many symbols associated with Ireland, and in particular St. Patrick, our national saint. He is said to have used the Shamrock to explain the holy Trinity to the Irish peasants when he was busy converting us all.
