Mostly Plants - 101 Delicious Flexitarian Recipes

€27

"Eat food, not too much, mostly plants." With these seven simple words, the awesome Michael Pollan started a global conversation about how we should eat for both optimal health and the health of the planet. This book is written in collaboration with his siblings Tracy, Dana and Lori and his mum Corky who are all authors of the award winning cookbook The Pollan Family Table. The idea is pretty simple, and probably won't come as a surprise, but eating mostly plants is really good for you. And when you focus on eating more vegetables, you naturally eat less processed foods and meats. It's not about going completely plant-based or vegan (unless you want to of course). If you love meat or feel there's something missing without it on your plate, you don't need to give it up. You can just change the ratio in your meal, using meat as an accent rather than a centrepiece. This book contains a wealth of interesting, exciting recipes from bites to salads, burgers to broths, all with much less meat than you might be used to, or none at all! All the recipes are simple to make, and most can be thrown together in 35 minutes or less! We highly recommend this book for anyone looking for more exciting, healthier eating options in their lives.
