Eugene and Anke McKernan have been making scarves for a very long time. 1985 in fact. Family-run, McKernan Woollen Mills is based in the West of Ireland, creates stunning scarves and accessories using knitting machines and a 120-year-old cast iron shuttle loom. They work with their team to design, weave, knit, warp, wind, beam, tie, unpick, mend, sew, link, wash, label, press, iron and steam beautiful textiles from the finest of wool. Each item is packed full of colour, designed to look magnificent on.
