We’re looking for a new team member to work as the assistant ecommerce manager, on a 7 month maternity contract. While this isn’t primarily a customer facing role, there is a huge element of customer service to the job, so being able to communicate well by email and phone is essential.
Full training will be given on all aspects of the role so this would be an excellent chance to gain some new skills in ecommerce. We'd be very interested in talking to people who are looking to move industries or who are planning to go travelling in the new year.
The main aspects of the job are customer service, packing & preparing web orders, writing product descriptions, SEO optimization and digital merchandising but there may also be some shop floor cover involved too.
