Blond Salted Caramel Chocolate Bar
Now this really is proper chocolate. This decadent blond, caramelised irish milk chocolate is filled with crushed achill island sea salt. With a rich biscuit and caramelised milk taste, this bar is a very scrumptious crossover between a rich white chocolate and a moreish salted caramel.
As bean-to-bar chocolate makers, The Proper Chocolate Company hand-sort, roast, crack and winnow (that's removing the husks to you and me) the cocoa beans; then refine, conche (that's the intense mixing, agitating, and aerating of heated the liquid chocolate), age, temper, mould and package each bar of chocolate, all from their base in Dublin.

What's it made of?
Organic cocoa butter, organic sugar, skimmed irish milk and Achill Island Irish Sea Salt.
How does it come?
The 80gr bar comes in a plastic pouch approx. 20x13cm
All bars are produced in a factory setting where treenuts, peanuts and dairy are processed.
