International Women's Day - Women in design

designist would like to wish you a very Happy International Women's Day!
Not only is it Women's Day, it is also Pancake Tuesday and therefore a very good day in our book. Yum.

As an homage to some of the inspirational women who have had great impact on design over the years, we decided to compile our very own list of WOMEN WE LOVE. The list below is not exhaustive, it's just a nod to those who we consider well worth knowing about. Please feel free to comment and add your own suggestions to the list.
We hope this makes for good reading.
