Contact details
Please make sure you provide a valid, active email address and telephone number when you register. We will use these details to contact you should there be any issues with your order, or to arrange delivery.
Delivery address
Please provide us with a clear, valid delivery address. If there are any special instructions regarding delivery please indicate this in the special instructions box.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours of you placing your order. Weekends and bank holidays may be slower. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched. If for some reason an item is out of stock we will email you immediately.
Stock shortages
We aim to keep accurate records of stock on the website but if your item is no longer in stock we will contact you with details of when you can expect your order to arrive. You can of course choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time.
Price Tags
Because so many of our orders are gifts, we don't put price tags on anything.
Invoices / Receipts
We don't include receipts or invoices in our deliveries, these are sent by email.
Environmental Policy
At designist we try to send our parcels as sustainably as possible. We use the least amount of packaging we can (while still making sure you order gets to you safe and sound) and we reuse materials wherever possible. We always try to choose products made from recycled / ethical materials and to source them from as close as possible so that we can reduce our ecological footprint. We also think aesthetics are important though, and will always try to ensure your purchase arrives to you looking fantastic.
