We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of order. Weekends and bank holidays may be slower. We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. If for some reason an item is out of stock we will e-mail you immediately.
We also offer a collect in store option. Please select this as your delivery method if you would like to collect items from us. If you are unable to collect your order within 10 days please email us at email@example.com so we don't worry.
We aim to keep accurate records of stock on the website but if your item is no longer in stock we will contact you with details of when you can expect your order to arrive. You can of course choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time.
As so many of our items are gifts we don't put price tags on anything.
If you would like your items gift wrapped please let us know through the special instructions box or by e-mail.
