Introducing: Bo Bar
We're udderly delighted to properly introduce Bo Bar to our collection. Made in Kilkenny on an award-winning sustainable dairy farm, these soaps are about as local and natural as soap can get. They're made by a lovely woman called Gail, who seems to like a pun almost as much as I do.
She started experimenting with making her own soaps to treat her daughter's eczema, and very conveniently discovered cow's milk soap. The Plain & Unscented bar is the most gentle of the soaps, but she says Shannon can use all of the bars she's created without any issues.
There are 9 types in the range, and they are all Palm, Paraben & plastic free, and the ingredients are sourced as locally as possible. The honey in the Honey & Oats bar is from an uncle's hive, the nettles in the Nettle soap are from the farm, and the carrots in the Gardener soap are ones that have been rejected for sale and are juiced onsite.
Building on brilliant raw ingredients, Gail has perfected the formula for her soaps to give you long-lasting, high-lather bars. Cold processed and cured for 5-6 weeks, and they are just lovely to use.
