A Daily Cloud

Although St. Brigid's Day has been and gone, and we are supposedly into the spring months, the weather doesn't seem to have got the memo. It was looking hopeful for a few days there, but now we're back to grey and windy days, some rainy ones too, and even some hail showers descending upon us. I suppose Irish weather remains reliable in that it's highly unreliable.

Amid these soft, changeable, mixed weather days it can be hard to find anything bright or uplifting to keep the bad weather blues at bay.

Irish artist and illustrator Chris Judge creates these wonderfully inventive and charming cloud art designs that brighten even the dullest of days. Chris started making cloud drawings during lockdown in 2020, a passion project that began with photographing clouds and using simple pencil lines to transform them into a new image every day. The lockdown art project captured hearts online and has since grown into something truly special. Chris, along with his partner Cliona, now produce a wide range of greeting cards and art prints.
