Yay for sunny days and picnics in the park! We're bringing our olive oils everywhere to enjoy on cheese, bread, fruit and salads. This La Espabilá is the new kid on the block in the world of olive oil, since its 2018 launch it's been garnering prizes all over the world (2019 London Olive Oil Gold Medal, 2019 World's Top 100 EVOO, 2018 & 2019 Biol Novella Gold Medal, 2018 Best Arbequina EVOO from Spain...to name a few!). You can expect a smooth, sweet oil with fruity notes, medium intensity and a light bitterness and pungency. This olive oil is excellent paired with fish, salads and pastry and has delightful notes of banana, apple, herbs, dried fruit and almond. A bottle of one of these beautiful olive oils makes a much appreciated host gift or birthday present, which will last much longer than a bottle of wine!

If you want to drink tap water but the stuff at home is less than delicious, these Eau Good bottles with charcoal filters are brilliant. They are made from BPA free tritan plastic with a cork lid. The natural binchotan charcoal filter can be used for up to 6 months and amazingly upcycled for many different uses after this. Binchotan charcoal has an incredibly porous surface with tiny cavities oriented in many directions. Just 1 gram has a surface area in excess of 500 m2 (about one tenth the size of a football field). It is also known as active carbon as the ions of contaminants are attracted to the surface of the carbon, where they will be held. It is also able to release minerals such as calcium, iron and magnesium back into the water which enhances its taste and health benefits. You'll really notice the difference in how your tap water tastes with one of these bottles!
