Priority Delivery 1-2 working days €9.50 - skip to the front of the queue for dispatch.
Our aim is to get your order to you as fast and as conveniently as possible. Most of our orders are sent with An Post, however we do have an option to send with DPD where this is specifically requested.
Once your order is packed and processed you will receive an email to let you know it has been dispatched, with your tracking number. You should also receive an email and text from An Post or DPD the day before your parcel is due to be delivered letting you know that it is on its way to you.

Delivery address
Please provide us with a clear, valid delivery address, including your eircode. If there are any special instructions regarding delivery please indicate this in the special instructions box.
Contact details
Please make sure you provide a valid, active email address and telephone number when you register. We will use these details to contact you should there be any issues with your order, or to arrange delivery.
Stock shortages
We aim to keep accurate records of stock on the website but if your item is no longer in stock we will contact you with details of when you can expect your order to arrive. You can of course choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time.
Price Tags
Because so many of our orders are for gifts, we don't put price tags on anything.
Invoices / Receipts
We also don't include receipts or invoices in our deliveries, these are sent by email.
Environmental Policy
At designist we try to send our parcels as sustainably as possible. We use the least amount of packaging we can (while still making sure you order gets to you safe and sound) and we reuse materials wherever possible.We always try to choose products made from recycled / ethical materials and to source them from as close as possible so that we can reduce our ecological footprint. We also think aesthetics are important though, and will always try to ensure your purchase arrives to you looking fantastic.
Wrapping
As a standard we wrap all items in blue tissue, so they already look gift wrapped when they arrive. We can add a ribbon to this to make them look extra gifty, or we have an extra fancy gift wrapping service if you're sending an extra special gift.
