There's been some rain out there this week! On the bright side, hopefully the rain will help the seeds we planted over last weekend. This lovely set of seeds creates a magnificent Edible Flower Garden. The seeds are super easy to grow, and you can enjoy eating them just a few weeks after sowing. The flower varieties included are: Lavender, Munstead, Calendula Officinalis, Viola and Nasturtium Tom Thumb Mix.

The Dead Rabbit lads are back with another book, and this time, they are taking us on the ultimate whiskey tour of Ireland. These pub and drink experts are best known for their bar The Dead Rabbit Grocery & Grog in Lower Manhattan which has won almost every major award in the industry including 'World's Best Bar' (twice). In From Barley to Blarney they present a history of distilling in Ireland, a tour of the distilleries and some fascinating accounts of the stories that go with them.
