70% Cocoa with nibs & Achill Island Sea Salt Chocolate Bar
Now this really is proper chocolate. This rich dark vegan chocolate with 70% cocoa has a scrumptious layered texture, with salt flakes and chocolate nibs that leave a lingering chocolatey and peanutty finish.
As bean-to-bar chocolate makers, The Proper Chocolate Company hand-sort, roasts, cracks and winnow (that's removing the husks to you and me) the cocoa beans; then refine, conch (that's the intense mixing, agitating, and aerating of heated the liquid chocolate), age, temper, mould and package each bar of chocolate, all from their base in Dublin.
What's it made of?
Organic cocoa beans, cocoa butter, organic sugar and Achill Island Irish Sea Salt. The cocoa bean variety is Acriollado (Criollo x Amelonado) and Neo-Nacional. Certified Organic.
Origin: Kokoa Kamili, Kilombero Valley, Tanzania, harvested in 2017.
How does it come?
The 80 grm bar comes in a plastic pouch approx. 20 x 13cm
All bars are produced in a factory setting where tree nuts, peanuts, and dairy are processed.
