70% Cocoa with nibs & Achill Island Sea Salt Chocolate Bar
Now this really is proper chocolate. This rich dark vegan chocolate with 70% cocoa has a scrumptious layered texture, with salt flakes and chocolate nibs that leaves a lingering chocolaty and peanutty finish.
As bean-to-bar chocolate makers, The Proper Chocolate Company hand-sort, roast, crack and winnow (that's removing the husks to you and me) the cocoa beans; then refine, conche (that's the intense mixing, agitating, and aerating of heated the liquid chocolate), age, temper, mould and package each bar of chocolate, all from their base in Dublin.
We have lots of sweet stuff here at designist.
