Easy Peasy Cheese Making

Last weekend we picked up some delicious non-homogenised milk from Dunlavin Dairy in West Wicklow, and made Mozzarella with our Big Cheese Making Kit.

It was quick, easy, loads of fun and most importantly, DELICIOUS!

Pro tip: You really need the rubber gloves to knead the cheese, if you can handle it without gloves the cheese is not hot enough to stretch.
