During the summer we hosted an instore olive oil tasting evening with Sarah & Olive, a new Dublin based business specialising in very special extra virgin olive oils. The woman behind it, Sarah Merrigan, is a chef who lived in Barcelona for years and she is working with some of the best producers in the business to bring a curated selection of amazing oils from Andalucia to Dublin. They've all won a slew of prizes and awards including best in the world
