Moon over Newgrange - Peter Donnelly Print
Newgrange in County Meath is a large passage tomb built during the Neolithic period, around 3100 BC, making it older than Stonehenge and the Egyptian pyramids. It is positioned such that the rising sun on the winter solstice shines through a roofbox above the entrance and floods the inner chamber with light. This gorgeous print featuring a crescent moon shining bright above Newgrange serves as a wonderful memento of this historic Irish landmark while also adding a splash of colour to your home.
