When I die Dublin will be Written in My Heart Magnet

The quote "when I die, Dublin will be written in my heart" is arguably one of the more well known ones attributed to James Joyce. Now, while some people insist there is no evidence that he ever uttered those words, it appears that he did say the following in an exchange with the suffragette Hanna Sheehy Skeffington:

"Mrs Skeffington, there was an English queen [Mary I] who said that when she died the word ‘Calais’ would be written on her heart. 'Dublin' will be found on mine.”
