A5 Finish Journal - Navy - Leuchtturm1917
I guess we'd all like to up the odds of getting a project, or a goal over the line, which is why this new finish journal from Leuchtturm is so intruging. It proposes that in order to finish a goal you need to concentrate on 4 things - results, actions, time and motivation.
Once the goal is well designed - the results are personal, inspiring and specific, the actions are broken down into small steps that you can track and you schedule the time to actually do the things, your definitely more likely to achieve them, but the difference with this system is the idea of building a motivation portfolio - a list of things that you can refer back to when it gets tough that range from rewards when you get to a certain point to the reasons why you started in the first place. The longer the list the more likely you are to suceed as when one form of motivation stops working you can lean in to another.
The journal itself is the same reliable hard working design as leuchtturms standard A5 but with 42 pages explaining the system an action tracker for you to fill out and the dotted pages are mix through with pithy motivational quotes.
