Invite our feathery friends to the garden with this multi layer bird silo.

Made from 100% recycled plastic, this bird feeder is beautifully practical. Designed to function like a grain silo, you lift the top cone to pour in love sunflower seeds and peanuts. The feeder fills up from the bottom - giving the visiting birds plenty of space to feed (The designers suggest avoiding store bought bird food mixes as lots of the song birds that would use the silo feeder don't eat this and it can end up building up and collecting moisture). The green colour shows off the contemporary shape making it an attractive addition to any garden.

Want to create the perfect habitat? Why not plant food rich plants, like Rowan trees, Holly, hawthorn and crab apple trees?

Pidat is a new Finnish brand of everyday objects. The word pidät has three meanings in Finnish - “You hold. You like. & You keep.” Bird enthusiasts Mika & Julie Tolvanen designed Bird Silo by studying the eating habits of birds for several years, feeding them from a series of prototypes until they found the perfect mix of practicality and beauty.

This is a beautiful gift for the garden enthusiasts, bird spotters and design lovers in your life.
