Terracotta Watering Stake
Using the power of osmosis, you can keep your plant babies healthy and happy. This watering stake is made from terracotta, which is porous, so the water seeps out slowly close to the roots where your plants need it.
You dig a hole in the soil next to the plant big enough for the stake, fill it with water, and cover with the carrot top lid. Check periodically if it needs to be topped up by lifting the lid.
You can use the stake to water your plants for up to 2 weeks by adding a filled plastic bottle to the base of the stake.
