Harry's Nut Butter Chocolate Truffles - Hazelnut & Cocoa

Hazelnut & Cacao truffles - Smooth gooey ganache packed with hazelnut chunks and crunchy cacao nibs that are slightly bitter and floral. Made by Harry's Nut Butter - a company started by Harry when he was a chef in the Fumbally in Dublin 8, and he produced nut butter in house that folks just couldn't get enough of. 

For his truffles he teamed up with Magic Mayan, a fantastic chocolatier based in the West of Ireland, and created a vegan truffle made from the finest dark chocolate and his brilliant nut butters. They're both perfectly smooth and completely crunchy at the same time.

What's it made of?
Peanut (35%), Hazelnut (15%), Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Cacao Nibs (3%), Soya Lecithin, Achill Island Sea Salt.
