One Pot, Pan, Planet
On Pot, Pan, Planet is a collection of over 200 recipes looks to reduce the time and the (sometimes) phaff of preparing meals; by reducing the number of pots and ingredients needed in a way that lets you, as reader, keep cooking fast and uncomplicated, while also helping you to eat in a way that is a little more mindful of the planet.
The recipes are diverse and bring you galloping around the world - from creamy parsnip, leek & white bean crumbles, to greens and kimchi fried rice, to double chip cookies. What we really love about this book is that puts great flavours and recipes at the fore. All recipes are vegetarian and focus on season produce. In a nice touch, Anna Jones gives vegan alternatives for any ingredient that is dairy based/ non vegan. This is a lovely and gentle way to help those of us trying to gentle ease ourselves into eating more vegan food.
The pictures are everything you would expect in a book like this, both beautiful and mouthwateringly yummy to look at. This is a lovely book for enthusiasts of eating better and veganism, as well as for those looking to make small positive changes in their everyday eating.
