Recipes run from the very spicy (there's a salsa that she says only her brother could ever eat) to the mild and from very meaty drunken beef barbacoa tacos to vegan sweet potato & carrot tinga, covering everything in between. The conversational tone of her writing makes you feel like you are at one of the excellent classes she runs from her shop Picado, on Richmond Street in Dublin - great place to pick up any extra ingredients you might need.
