BiaSol’s Cookie Mix uses some very super repurposed, zero waste grains, sourced grains from local Irish breweries, so you can create some very tasty and moreish cookies that is infused with a delicious subtle malt flavour and is high in fibre and a great source of protein.

Ingredients
Brown sugar, brewers spent grains (barley, oats and rye), wheat flour and sodium bicarbonate.
How does it come?
390 gms of cookie mix, enough to make 14-16 cookies in an attractive cardboard box. The outer box is recyclable and from FSC certified material. The inner bag is made from wood pulp and is 100% compostable.
